As educators of 21^st century providing top quality education to schools in gurgaon,  we need to focus on a child's wellbeing, critical thinking and creativity by focusing on inquiry based learning which includes learner-centred teaching, with an inquiry-based transdisciplinary curriculum. This suggests that every teaching and learning are designed around what children need, and how they learn best. As an educator I encourage my, students ask powerful questions such as, ‘Why does this matter?’, ‘How is this connected to other ideas?’ and ‘What can we do with this knowledge?’

In order for us to be categorised as one of the best school in gurgaon, I encourage my students to grow into independent learners, who are able to plan and execute complex project.  This can be seen vividly in the assessments given to grade 1 while learning about different land forms. The students inquired into the area of study while using ICT skills to understand different geographical locations and showcase their unique style of presentation by designing their imaginary island with different landforms using clay, colours and paper plates. The students also wrote creative descriptions to showcase their learning.  

As a result, students become better learners in all areas and often find ways to enjoy and be more successful in different environments. They are internationally minded and recognise other people, with their differences can also be right that was previously viewed without enthusiasm. The learners learn to observe and analyse information from multiple perspectives, and apply their learning across a wide range of situations. 

As a teacher I believe that that learning knows no limits and the IB provides teachers with a framework which ensures that students are striving towards new heights constantly and improving and are becoming more knowledgeable. As a result I along with other educators tap into our knowledge and experience to set priorities and find creative strategies for improvement, and then follow through to ensure execution.
